Terms of Use — Couple+

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Couple+ (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Couple+ is provided by Novahub Technology Company Limited (“we”, “us”).

2. What Couple+ is

Couple+ is a relationship app for iPhone and Android. It counts the days since a date you choose, keeps a shared diary, a couple calendar of milestones, daily notes that clear after 24 hours, a shared mood tracker, daily questions, a shared streak, saved places, and home screen widgets.

3. Accounts and pairing

Some features work only once two accounts are connected. When you connect with a partner, each of you can see the shared content described above. Disconnecting stops future sharing; content already shared may remain visible to your partner unless deleted.

4. Your content

What you write, record, and upload stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your content and show it to you and to the partner you connected with. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.

Location sharing is optional and requires both partners to turn it on. One partner cannot enable it for the other. You can switch it off at any time in the App, and in your device settings.

6. Couple+ Plus subscription

Couple+ is free to download. Couple+ Plus is optional and priced at $2.99 per month, $9.99 per six months, or $14.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed and cancelled in your store account settings, not by us. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by country and store.

7. Advertising

The Android version is supported by advertising in its free tier. The iPhone version is not ad-supported.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Couple+ to harass anyone, to share content you have no right to share, to attempt to access another person’s account, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Children

Couple+ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using Couple+ at any time and delete your account in the App. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
